Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains what Nexoryn Security ("Nexoryn," "we," "us") collects on this website, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers this marketing site and the free assessment tool. It does not cover the Nexoryn Shield product itself once you're a customer — that's governed by your service agreement.
This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice. If you're relying on this for compliance purposes, have it reviewed by counsel familiar with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
1. What we collect
This site collects personal data in exactly two places:
- The waitlist form — your name, company name, email address, and which plan you're interested in.
- The free security assessment — the same contact details, plus your quiz answers, the resulting readiness score, risk level, and the list of gaps identified, so we know what to follow up with you about.
We don't use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site beyond what's noted in Section 5. We don't collect data through any other means here.
2. Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your request: to follow up about Nexoryn Shield, answer questions you've raised, and (for the assessment) tell you more about the gaps it found. We don't use this data for anything else, and we don't sell, rent, or trade it to any third party.
3. Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 (a database service) and processed on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use standard access controls to restrict who inside Nexoryn can view this data.
4. How long we keep it
We retain submissions for as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you become a paying customer, your account data is then governed by your service agreement instead of this policy.
5. Cookies and analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies or track individuals across sites. If that changes, we'll update this section.
6. Your rights under DPDPA 2023
As a data principal under the DPDPA, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold,
- correct or update inaccurate data,
- erase your data once it's no longer needed for the purpose you gave it, and
- withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it).
To exercise any of these, email nexoryn.vapt@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
